Product details
QuietClip is an electric nail file that keeps your baby's nails short and smooth without a blade. A gentle spinning file shortens the nail a little at a time, so there is nothing to snip the skin.
- 3 speeds: start on the lowest for newborns and go up as nails get thicker
- Built in light to see the nail edge, even in a dark nursery
- Quiet motor, so you can file while your baby naps
- Cover that catches the nail dust
- USB-C rechargeable, about 4 hours of use per charge
- Works on children's and adults' nails too
In the box: 1 QuietClip nail trimmer, 1 USB-C charging cable.
How to use
- Charge it with the USB-C cable before first use.
- Choose the lowest speed for newborns and turn on the light.
- Hold your baby's finger steady and glide the file along the nail edge, a little at a time.
- Empty the dust cover after use.

Sound familiar?
I nicked her finger once with the clippers. Now I put it off until she scratches her own face.
Baby nails grow fast and are thin as paper. Clippers and scissors need a steady hand and a baby who keeps still, and you rarely get both at once.
How it works
Neat nails in 3 calm steps
Choose a speed
Three speeds. Start on the lowest for newborns and go up as nails get thicker.
Turn on the light
The built in light shows the nail edge, even in a dark nursery.
Glide along the edge
The file shortens the nail a little at a time. There is no blade to catch the skin, and the cover catches the nail dust.
Nail day, without the held breath
Before
Clippers in one hand, a wriggling hand in the other, and your breath held the whole time.
After
A soft hum, a light on the nail, and a tidy trim while they sleep.
