Products We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real item. The nail trimmer is for filing nails under adult supervision. Use the lowest speed for babies and read the instructions before first use. Keep it out of reach of children. 3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free. You pay when you place your order. We can correct obvious pricing errors before we dispatch your order; if we do, we will contact you first and you can cancel for a full refund. 4. Your order Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund you in full. 5. Delivery We deliver to UK addresses, usually in 4 to 8 working days. See our Shipping policy for details. 6. Returns and cancellations You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for the steps. This includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 7. Faulty items and your legal rights Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides. 8. Our liability We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. 9. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
